Vicenç Viaplana was at the center of those first years of the 1970s, when Granollers became a small headquarters of Catalan conceptual art. Young self-taught painter, street artist and solitary draftsman at home, one of the themes that have most defined Viaplana’s career is the contrast between the natural world and the artificial and mechanized world, built by humans.
